Twelve inches long and carved from foraged black walnut with an axe and knives and seasoned with a food safe mix of mineral oil and beeswax that can be washed away or maintained. This is a really good design and works equally well in both the right and left hand, also for both cooking and serving. A hand carved wooden spoon makes a great and inexpensive gift.
