This wooden scoop is four and a half inches long and carved to hold two tablespoons of coffee more or less. You can fine tune to your taste so that one scoop equals one cup of great coffee! Hand carved using only a hatchet, knives and gouge, then seasoned for protection with a food safe linseed oil and beeswax. It is a nifty scoop and I know you want one.
