Quaich, drinking cup, handled bowl, wooden bowl

Known by many names in various regions of the old world. Before the industrial age many, if not most drinking vessels were of wood for the common people. This style is called a quaich and is Scottish in origin. I incorporated various aspects that I've seen and here is what my tools allowed. A tiny cup for your salt, grated cheese or small snacks. Hand carved in black cherry and seasoned with Walrus Oil Naturals Wood Oil, a 100% plant based and vegan friendly finish with coconut and jojoba oils and candelilla wax, all food safe. This tiny 3” x 6” quaich holds a bit more than one ounce of liquid. Thank you for looking!
