A beautifully dark black cherry wooden spoon here. Eleven inches long and rugged enough for cooking, deep and elegant enough for serving. Carved with a hatchet and knives by Peter, the large apprentice. Left with an honest tooled finish and seasoned with linseed oil and beeswax, all food safe. No mass manufacturing in this shop.
