11" cooking spoon, wooden spoon, serving spoon, strainer spoon, hand carved by my "large apprentice"

Carved by my son Peter, the large apprentice. He has been improving his piercing this skills and this strainer spoon is his latest effort. The spoon was carved in foraged red maple and baked to this gorgeous color while baking our bread. Eleven inches long for cooking or serving. Carved with a hatchet and knives and left with an honest tooled finish then seasoned with a food safe mix of linseed oil and beeswax. No mass manufacturing in our shop.
