A wooden fork! Hand carved in foraged black walnut by Peter, the large apprentice. Carved in hand with a hatchet and knives to about nine inches long. Seasoned with food safe coconut oil, mineral oil and beeswax. The design was copied from a photo he found in a Japanese cookbook and this is his first attempt at one.
